Yes. The coaching conversation is private and we do not share personal details with employers. However, if there’s a risk of harm, we follow ethical guidelines and can help connect the employee with appropriate resources.

As the employer, you’ll receive monthly usage summaries (e.g., # of sessions, general topics like “stress” or “family,” and trends). These are anonymous and help you track ROI without compromising trust. We then work with you to map usage with productivity data, retention rates, and safety outcomes.

The average cost is $4k per month. Pricing is based on headcount and access level (e.g., limited vs. unlimited coaching per person and with or without text support in between sessions.) We’ll work with you to build a package that fits your site and staffing structure.
