Hi, I’m Brittany Cooper

For over 15 years, I’ve helped leaders in industry grow into skilled, capable professionals who know how to get results and build great teams.

My career began in HR at a hardrock underground mine, where the demands of 24/7 production were constantly weighed against the need for safety and training. What I saw was clear — we were excellent at building systems but rarely focused on developing the people who ran them.

Since then, I’ve worked alongside leaders in agriculture, construction, and heavy civil industries, seeing firsthand what it takes to lead well in high-stakes, boots-on-the-ground environments.

Today, I run People Create Profit, a leadership company focused on helping women in industry craft the career they want.

I hold a B.A. in Philosophy, am a Certified HR Professional, and a Certified Coach in Personal and Professional Mastery. I deeply believe business can be a powerful force for good in people’s lives.

I live in the foothills of Montana’s Beartooth Mountains with my husband and our two wild and wonderful kids.
